Diane Dodge helped with my patient from the Emergency Department, a newly diagnosed diabetic patient. She was 15 years old and very upset with the diagnosis. Diane used therapeutic communication with my patients. She stayed up here for hours, comforting my patient and her family. Diane has the wonderful compassion and desire to help people that made it a delight to work with her.
