Diane Doe, RN

Diane and I shared a patient together for several weeks. His wound care was heavy, but Diane always put 110% into his care. Diane went to the patient's facility he was staying at prior to this admission and picked up all his belongings, including his wheelchair and a huge hockey bag of things! Diane knew the patient's life partner is disabled and could not pick it up herself. Diane established such an amazing rapport with the patient but went above and beyond by collecting and delivering his belongings on her day off!!! The patient shed tears of joy to me when he told me about it. He could not say enough kind things about Diane.
