When Dianearrives for work, my daughter knows she will receive excellent, organized and meticulous cares along with some bird sounds, an update on Rowdy and will listen to her boyfriend at 5:30pm. Diane has introduced my daughter to podcasts and yoga along with nature walks and picking flowers. The only bad day is when she forgets her lunch!
Dianehas the ability to look at my daughter's current state and accurately assess what is needed, especially in an emergency. She does not shy away from contacting other nurses for evaluation and counseling. She has taken the initiative many times to insist that my daughter must be seen by a doctor to prevent pneumonia and other illnesses. Diane represents self-confidence while embracing change which happens a lot with my daughter's cares.
Dianeis very dedicated to her nursing profession. She is an excellent communicator and her attention to detail, time management skills and willingness to embrace change has enriched my daughter's life.
