I would like to thank my nurse and share my story of why this nurse is so special:
Not only is Diane Emerson a wonderful nurse, she is also a wonderful person. She has helped me get much needed medication through the patient assistance program. As I am retired and on a fixed income. She has made countless phone calls, trying to secure my medications. She has also returned every phone call I ever made to her. She was never in a rush, even though I know she is extremely busy. She always took the time to listen to me and was always reassuring that I would get the medications I so desperately needed. She went through the process not once but twice, and ultimately secured the medications at no cost to me.
She always has a smile and is one of the most compassionate people I have ever known.
I feel she should be honored and recognized for the outstanding care she provides day after day.
