All the Sanford staff were very nice and accommodating but Diane was the one who I was with the most. She has such a kind and caring attitude. Always making sure I was comfortable and even asking my husband if he needed anything as well. When I was ready to try eating something, she brought me some delicious cinnamon raisin toast just the way I like it. She always answered my questions.

When I put my call light on, she was right there. When it was time to leave, she wheeled me out to our vehicle and saw that I was buckled in. I would imagine that she is a great mom and grandma as well as a friend. Diane put me at ease the very first time I met her. She knew just what I needed and was very helpful. She made you feel like you were the only person she had to take care of.
