Did not want to go to the ER, but went reluctantly at the request of Urgent Care nurse practitioners. She kept me calm and informed during a very busy ER time and generally managed my visit with extreme professionalism. She went the extra yard by having the ER doctor contact DHMC late on a Sunday and get them to understand what was going on with my kidney and help to inform them of my CT scan results. She then told me how to proceed the next day. Great job!
