Diane is a wonderful nurse who is pursuing her RN degree and plans to continue to reach her BSN. She is a great leader who has devoted 10 years here with CFV encouraging others and precepting new graduates.
Diane carries herself with dignity. She is honest and trustworthy and completes any task assigned to her in a timely manner. Diane frequently stays over to assist the young staff members with patient care and assist them with critical thinking by allowing them to talk things out and discuss the best course of action.
She is a dedicated worker who sees to her patients needs, new or inexperienced staff to perform to the best of their ability to make a difference here at CFV. Honest and integrity and holistic patient care is the daily motto for this nurse.
