My mother is here today having cataract surgery on her second eye. Diane was one of the nurses who provided us with exceptional care for her first eye surgery, and we were so pleased to have Diane again today. You can tell she is a genuinely very caring person by the way she interacts with my mother and other patients she serves on a daily basis. My mother and I appreciate the time she spent with us explaining the procedure step-by-step which put us at ease. Diane, as well as the entire team, are outstanding and we are grateful for the wonderful experience.

My spouse was having a procedure and was a little nervous when they had her prepped and brought me back to wait with her. Diane had her chatting and had made a real connection with my spouse. She continued talking with her calming her fears and answering her questions. Diane was superb and was clear with discharge instructions. The follow-up, requirements, potential post procedure experiences, etc. The thing I liked most about Diane's interactions with us is the way she effortlessly made us feel confident and at ease.
