My son has his tonsils and adenoids removed. He was very nervous and apprehensive. Diane calmed and talked with my son about his action figures and his feelings about the pending surgery. She immediately put him at ease and calmed his fears. My son has a number of health issues, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and Von Willebrand disease so he feels things differently than other children. Diane when out of her way to make this an awesome and positive experience for my son. She had his pre-op hospital room decorated with superheroes (Superman, Spiderman, Captain America) and the look on his face when he saw it made me cry!
