Diane is truly a nurse that cares. It is hard to describe one situation in which she made a difference, because every patient that she cares for, she makes a difference. Diane takes the time to hold a patient's hand when they need to know someone cares. Diane takes the time to listen to a patient when they may want to voice their frustration over their recovery or they want to just talk to someone. She uses her eyes to make sure that the patients are comfortable. She constantly goes above and beyond, not only for her patients but for every patient on the unit. Patients love to have her as their nurse as they know that they will truly get World Class Care that the clinic is known for along with her smile and laugh.
