This was my first time in a hospital with a serious health concern. Diane took the time to explain all aspects of the treatment both here in the hospital and later after I leave. She was friendly and sympathetic and always asked if there was anything else I needed. I came in here fearful and scared; Diane made me feel comfortable and optimistic about the outcome.
