This nominee has positive communication skills, compassion, and dedication for her patients and colleagues. This nominee has been a good advocate for new nurses and has trained new student nurses by being a P3 nursing instructor and preceptor for the nurse residency program. This nominee has also taken an interest in learning new and improved skills and bringing information back to her coworkers by being on multiple committees, such as the SRH Global leadership council, Unit Professional Practice & Education Council, Unit Based Council, Retention & Recruitment, and is our Pediatric Nurse Champion. This nominee also attends many conferences across the US to learn about new nursing processes and products to bring back to their department. This nominee has also become an Epic superuser and Kahuna Superuser. This nominee is a pleasure to work with, her smile will brighten anyone having a bad day.
