This nominee has been a good advocate for new nurses and has trained new student nurses by being a P3 nursing instructor and preceptor for the nurse residency program. This nominee has also taken an interest in learning new and improved skills and bringing information back to her coworkers by being on multiple committees, such as the SRH Global leadership council, Unit Professional Practice & Education Council, Unit Based Council, Retention & Recruitment, and is our Pediatric Nurse Champion. This nominee also attends many conferences across the US to learn about new nursing processes and products to bring back to their department.
