Diane is a detail-oriented, caring nurse who is extremely skilled in caring for difficult patients and challenging families. Diane is able to communicate with patients' families, build a rapport, and earn their trust while the family member is in their care. Recently, Diane cared for two handicapped patients who are non-verbal and have very caring family members. Both patients’ families related to me how impressed they are with her professionalism, skills, and relatability. They were also impressed by her caring attitude and healing presence. She is very detail-oriented and checks on their family members frequently and is very communicative.

Diane is a valuable member of the Medical/Surgical Oncology team. She is an integral team member, dedicated to quality of care, and no matter the situation, is always available to lend a helping hand. Both of these patients’ families referred to Diane as an angel!
