From the moment that Diane stepped into my room after politely knocking on the door, I knew she was extraordinary in every way. You see, I suffered a significant fall - hence shattering my right knee and resulting in excruciating pain. In comes Diane P., with her wisdom, experience, spirituality, and compassion to pull me up from the very dark and painful space that I was in, and through her positivism and vision of holistic wellness, she transformed my psyche and meticulously outperformed herself through hard work and attention to every detail.

Diane is perhaps one of the most talented professionals I've ever interacted with. She truly cares about all the patients she cares for and brings "back to life." I know my words cannot or will not do justice. The strong connection that I feel with Diane P, but please allow me to say it as follows: D is for Determined to "move and shake mountains" to bring about all comfort possible. I for Innovative about ways to "insert the fracture bedpan" under the bum carefully. A is for Analytical and perfectionist about data management, logistical arrangements and all things in order. N is for Never-ending positivism, a "can do" mindset, and teamwork. E is for Empathy and compassion, which guides her craft. P is for Passion as a dedicated healthcare giver and essential human being.
