Diane welcomed my husband and me the minute he arrived to neurology from PCU. Diane immediately took him under her wing. She spoke sternly but passionately to him that she would leave his hand restraints off, and he was not to try to pull his feeding tube out. He obeyed. Diane did the same as she coached him to speak and to follow commands when he went for his video imagining swallow test. He passed! Diane sets the bar high and is truly passionate about her work, her patients, her co-workers, and all staff members who are recognized for their importance and contributions.
