A patient came into the Emergency Room via EMS. This patient was extremely sick and needed serious medical attention immediately. The Emergency Room immediately went into a frantic, chaotic mess. Diane stayed level-headed and calm. She analyzed the situation, started administering the necessary care and assigning tasks without hesitation. Diane was confident in all her decisions and proved she is an amazing leader and wonderful nurse. I truly believe that without her, this patient's care would not have gone as smoothly nor have had the same end result. It was an absolute honor to witness her and learn from her this night.
