Diane is constantly being sought out by her peers and the heart failure residents for her expertise in caring for heart failure and transplant patients. Diane's selfless service to the nursing profession is exhibited daily by putting the needs of her patients and their families first, the commitment she has with her co-workers to deliver quality care in a safe environment, and the relationships she has with the physicians she works with, who value her judgment and opinion in the multidisciplinary care of the heart failure transplant patients.
