Diane Von Ah was nominated by her Indiana University School of Nursing mentee, Adele Crouch. She exemplifies all the qualities of an extraordinary nursing faculty member. Diane is an exceptional mentor who is dedicated to helping her students and mentees excel. Throughout her mentoring experiences, she has helped individuals advance their careers in a variety of ways. One of the most outstanding practices or qualities that Dr. Von Ah employs as a mentor to help her graduate and professional students would be her inclusiveness and ability to foster teamwork to build the science.
