Diane is a wonderful leader and a great resource. She is not shy about asking questions or asking for what she needs, which is very reassuring in our busy environment. As a PACU nurse, she is thoughtful and supportive of a calm patient environment. She is respectful of all team members but really has a strong focus on patient safety and excellent care. When we converted to a consistent charge role, she took on that role and has helped shape our team-centered approach to patient care.
