Our grandson was in the hospital for a severe concussion that occurred while fishing with his dad and stepmom. He had fallen face-first on a rock. He couldn't recall anything as to what happened or where he was, so they brought him to the Emergency Department.
Diane was extremely helpful to my grandson; she would repeatedly explain to him why he was in the hospital and let him know everything she was doing during her assessment. She was very compassionate, helpful, and gave great care. Diane also made us feel like family when we were with our grandson during a stressful event. So, a big, Thank You, for Diane!
