Dr. Phares has been a wonderful full-time online faculty member. As an older student in the post-masters certification program, I never felt judged but only helped with my questions. Dr. Phares has been the only professor to date that has answered my questions in the timeliest manner at all hours of the day and night. I never felt hurried or sensed any frustration from Dr. Phares but complete joy to help and answer questions. She answered questions based on her practice experience which is worth so much to a student. Dr. Phares is a role model for her kindness, ability to engage and reach every type of student and her open ended 24/7 office hours. Extraordinary teaching!
