Dianna Smith, RN

Dianna is one of the most hard-working nurses that the adult community nursing service has. She is committed fully to every single patient she comes across and provides the utmost respect, kindness to service users, their families, carers, and her colleagues. She is continuously learning; improving her skills and knowledge to match the needs of the population that she is caring for. The Adult community nursing service needs to do more to celebrate our excellent nurses so I hope she is one of the first district nurses to receive the award from Homerton University Hospital NHS Trust. We are proud to have her within our team and look forward to her bright future.
