Dianne Jerez, RN, BSN

Although Dianne is considered to be a Novice Nurse, she effectively applied her Dialysis Technician experience from the In-center to Acutes which gained her more confidence in her new profession. She also took the initiative in learning other modalities and with such a short period of time, Dianne now is doing Peritoneal Dialysis and also Pediatrics. She continues to excel and soar high; she also does not fear any challenges that come her way and is always open to improvement. A lot of her teammates want to work with her as she is not only a supportive Relief Charge Nurse, but her optimistic outlook is very contagious as well.

She advocates for her patients and can easily handle difficult situations in a very professional manner. She has been covering the multi-treatment rooms, willing to do 3rd shifts, and even comes in on her days off especially when it comes to our pediatric coverage needs. I am proud to see how Dianne has grown as a Dialysis Nurse and her passion and drive have shown in the excellence provided to our patients.
