We came in to the pain clinic for my husband's chronic back pain. Dianne was very proactive about getting the process for injections moving and getting it scheduled now so we didn't have to wait longer after we got Tricare approval. She knew it would only take maybe 2 days to get approval and that the earliest we could get in was much later. She told us it was easier to cancel an appointment than it was to schedule it.
