Diego displayed genuine interest in keeping the family informed and updated on the status of our loved one. He was always very caring, gentle with the patient, very respectful and friendly. He answered all our questions and always tried his best to find out information for us, such as what procedures will be done in the upcoming days. When we were concerned with the condition of the patient, he always assured us that everything is being taken care of, that Mom is in good hands, and that we shouldn't worry. That brought a lot of comfort, especially in those difficult moments. We were always happy to hear when Diego was assigned to take care of Mom. He genuinely cares about his patients. God bless him for all that he does.
