Diego is always busy at the nurses' station or caring for patients, but he never to busy to answer questions or point you in the right direction. When there is a problem, Diego de-escalates the tension to get a clear understanding of the problem. Diego is always pleasant, kind and very, very helpful. I am grateful for the hard work of Diego.
