Diep and I had a connection from the beginning. First impressions last a long time and she was awesome from beginning to end. She was very personable and you can tell she loves her job. But most importantly, she loves her patients. Diep was always on time with my medications. She made sure my baby girl and I were comfortable and she is very knowledgeable. I loved the fact she always made herself available for me. She made it seem like I was her only patient. I was a former Texas Children's employee and she is definitely a shining star and should be recognized. She represents the TCH organization perfectly.
