Dillon Jones, RN

Dillon is the best nurse I've ever observed. Not only was he attentive, kind, and respectful to our father as he recovered from hip replacement surgery but he also treated all of the family with care as well, always asking us how we were doing and if there was anything he could do for us. You could just tell he cared. On Dad's last day in Dillon's care, as we waited on transport to a rehab facility, Dillon sat with him and talked about his life, asking about his career and travels. Dad had been struggling with bouts of memory lapse, agitation, and frustration and wasn't happy about going to rehab. The conversation with Dillon changed Dad's mood; we visibly saw Dad perk up and engage in the conversation. That is just one example of the many times Dillon went the extra mile for Dad.
