Dima Afra, RN

Dima Afra is a valuable resource on the floor; she is the guru of evidence-based practice and works to transform protocols and practices to make them work on the unit and for our patients. Dima is the chair of Med-Surg Clinical and Professional Advancement Council and a member of the Collaboration Council. Her council is coming up with so many innovative ideas and changes in practice based on EBP. Dima is the person that you want at your side when times become challenging. Dima exemplifies compassionate care to the patients she cares for, she’s known among her patients by the nurse with a calming voice. Her smile and way of treating others are an inspiration to her peers and colleagues.
