Nurse Dinnah has empathy and compassion and a great bedside manner. She always had a smile every time you saw her. She was always pleasant, calm, and showed her caring and compassionate manner. She always was concerned with how I was feeling and made me feel comfortable. She showed exceptional skills as a nurse and I was comforted by her calm reassuring manner.
