My son was admitted to pediatric ICU with a new Dx of Type 1 DM, which needless to say was a traumatic experience for me and my son. The highest standards of excellent care my son and I received are above all our expectations. We are very appreciative for the sensitive care to all the needs, physical and emotional that Diona provided, making sure that all our needs met, concerns responded to and we feel comfortable at all times. We can't thank you enough for all the knowledge combined with caring, attentive, sensitive and empathetic approach you provided to us. I feel very lucky my son was taken care of Diona.
