I am writing on behalf of the patient, my mother, R. I have been by her bedside, so I've seen how everybody worked. For the 1 week stay, we have been so fortunate to be under the care of Kaiser doctors. Special mention to Dr. B, who listened patiently and explained the current condition clearly. All the employees are friendly, courteous, and attentive.

Dionee obviously knows her profession! She takes time to start her shift (usually from 3 pm - 11 pm) by greeting Mama and introducing her PCT when checking on her with attentive ears. She explains the medicines and activities for the day. Every time she comes, my mother will light up and smile. She made Mama laugh and dance while walking along the hallway! She would come back/return whenever she said she would. She's not the type who orders her PCT all the time. She does it herself. She anticipated my mother's needs and could guess/suggest/persuade.

Please note that she was also my mother's nurse during her confinement. If not for her, my mother would have "died" due to anxiety!
