Dionne did an excellent job in providing education to my mom and made a referral for home care. This was the best decision ever. In the follow-up per my mom, Dionne's attention to detail was A++++. Her compassion was off the charts; explained everything to Mom. Mom could not say enough praises about Dionne. I do not know where we would be without Dionne in making the referral. I should have thought of it but, I didn't. Dionne created an exceptional healing environment for mom. She's home now and day one RN visited. PT and dietician to visit. Which is what is needed.
