DIONNE RAFAEL AMPON, BSN, RN

While writing this nomination I find it very difficult to choose just one story that highlights Dionne's outstanding character and excellence as a Registered Nurse. The very first thing I noticed when I began working with him is that he is gentle and humble. During my clinical rounds, one of his patients highlighted that he felt Dionne provide the best nursing care to him and he is professional, compassionate, and doing the job from his heart. His patient expressed that he is happy when he knows that Dionne will be his nurse as he work hard and can understand him even though he doesn't understand Arabic. His patient said that Dionne does extra tasks and makes him feel that he is in good hands. Dionne works hard under pressure and stress for many days without any complaints, his clinical skills as well as interpersonal skills are excellent, it made me to write this nomination so I can say thank you Dionne for all you do, making our residents happy and satisfied.
