We received this patient from another unit, who was known to be challenging. Ms. Divya Sivan was careful and meticulous toward the patient. She checked the patient, and it seemed they were hypothermic. She immediately covered the patient with an additional blanket to warm them.

She then informed the doctor and me about the patient's condition and proceeded to follow up on it and the doctor’s order.

Ms. Divya Svian is dedicated to her work, putting the patient's needs before her own. Because of her efforts, the satisfaction of the relatives is good.
