We received this patient from another unit, who was known to be challenging. Ms. Divya Sivan was careful and meticulous toward the patient. She checked the patient during that day, and they were hypothermic. She immediately covered the patient with an additional blanket to warm them. She then informed the doctor and me about the patient's condition, and proceeded to follow up on the patient's condition and the doctor’s order. Ms. Divya Svian is dedicated to her work in a way that she puts the patient's needs before her own. Because of her efforts, the satisfaction of the relatives is good.
