A particularly memorable moment was when he provided snacks and a special chair that converts into a bed for my 5-year-old daughter so she could take a nap. This simple act of kindness demonstrated how much he genuinely cared for the whole family, not just the patient. What truly set DJ apart was his ability to involve children in the experience. He made my daughter feel important and included, allowing her to help with small tasks and explaining things to her in ways she could understand. This wasn't the first time DJ had cared for us; he was also our nurse a year ago, and my daughter remembered him fondly from that visit. Back then, DJ also took the time to include her in the process, and she has talked about that experience ever since. Because of DJ, she often expresses how good she was at helping and that she wants to be a nurse or doctor when she grows up.
