My father has been in the hospital and during our stay at the med/surg unit we have come across very good staff; however, it is the opinion of our family and the patient that Doanna went above and beyond during the five days she was our nurse. She was attentive, calm, friendly and very open during the time that she took care of my father. She listened to all of our questions with patience and followed through with all of our requests. We felt like she wasn't taking care of just a patient, but she made us feel like family. We really love her and her overall demeanor made us feel safe while we were under her care.
