Dom never ceases to amaze me with her kindness, strength, and willingness to help others. Dom placed a midline on a patient on another floor of the hospital. Later in the shift, we saw the husband walking to the lab. Dom stopped and asked how the patient was doing. The next night, we saw the husband by the elevators here on the 7th floor, and Dom again asked how the patient was. When Speaking with the husband, he became upset. Dom spent at least 15 minutes reassuring him that his wife was in good hands and offered to help him in any way she could. This is one small example of the heart that Dom has. She always has a minute to spare for anyone in need. She sets an example for us all.
