Dominique Romano, BSN RN

From the moment she walked into my room she introduced herself and it was calming. She explained everything. She explained what to expect of the night as far as testing, medications, and everything else! She explained the care to expect of my son. She kept the board in the room updated with new information and when medications were available. There was a time my pain was coming back but I didn't even need to turn on the call light because I knew she would be back promptly at 9:15 PM. She always was on time! She listened to our concerns and eased our fears. When it was time for me to stand up she explained I may get nauseous, which I did! She stayed with me and offered me meds and a cool wet rag to wash my face, she even got me ice packs. When she was my nurse for night #2 as well I was elated. I truly received extraordinary care from Dominique Romano. She is an Extraordinary Nurse.
