Dominique was caring for an intubated, terminally ill, patient. This was a very sad case, of a young, beautiful woman. I walked into the patient's room and witnessed this extraordinary nurse braiding this beautiful woman's hair. It touched me. It was precious, it was so gentle and beautiful. It was human. It was respectful. It was one of the most beautiful acts I have seen in this hospital in my 5 years. Thank you, Dominique, for caring and simply being the best! You are very special!
