Don made it his business to make my daughter's stay as comfortable and feeling more like home as he possibly could. Don made sure to answer everyone's questions or find out the answers for us. He did more than we could have hoped for trying to get her to eat and drink, even helping with incentives. It was clear that Don's biggest priority was my daughter and her health and happiness.
Don took extra steps in helping my family with her and for them to learn how to do the feeding tube and the best ways to do it. She looked forward to having Don each day. The care he has for his job and how much he cares about taking care of the patient and the parents made the whole hospital stay as positive an experience as it could possibly have been.
