I would like to recognize Don for the exceptional care he provided during my mom's hospital stay. Don was phenomenal! He was consistently patient, compassionate, and professional in every interaction. He checked in frequently, making sure my mom was comfortable and informed. He took the time to explain each step of her care in a clear and reassuring way.

Don brought a calm, positive energy to every moment, which made a huge difference during a stressful time. His great attention to detail was evident in everything he did, from critical care to communication, and it gave me tremendous confidence in her care. I was reassured.

What stood out most was Don's ability to facilitate strong communication among the bedside team. He made sure important information was passed along to the doctors, which helped bring together a cohesive, well-coordinated care plan. He also navigated some challenging family dynamics with grace and sensitivity, always keeping the focus on what was best for my mom as the patient.

Don's humility, warmth, and professionalism made a lasting impression. He made me feel truly cared for, and I would feel incredibly fortunate to have him as my RN again in the future. He is an outstanding example of what nursing should be.
