DJ's patient discovered that her spouse's condition was deteriorating and he was transitioning to Hospice at Atrium Health Mercy. Her condition was also weakened. With the help of both care teams, DJ accompanied his patient to Mercy so she could spend time with him before he died. It's not unlike DJ to go the extra mile.
