Donald Sutton, RN
Don Sutton is an incredibly hard worker and is always ready to help. If his own patients are situated, he is up and helping others without even being asked. Don keeps a cool head in an emergency and brings a sense of calm. If Don is whom I am working with, I know that we are all in good hands. He provides extraordinary care for patients. Many times, I've heard Don patiently explaining the plan of care and reassuring a patient. From starting a new IV in a more comfortable spot at a patient's request to getting extra blankets, Don makes sure all his patients are well cared for. He takes the time to really sit and connect with patients, and these genuine efforts always seem to put patients and their family members at ease. Don is thorough, empathetic, level-headed, a team player, and most of all he is kind. If I had a loved one in the hospital, I would completely trust Don as their nurse!
