Donalee is one of the best and most experienced nurses in the Intensive Care Unit. She willingly shares her expert knowledge with patients, their families, and other staff members. She consistently provides exceptional, holistic care to her patients, paying particular attention to the patient's non-clinical needs. She is known for giving her patients the "spa treatment"; bathing, applying lotion, and spending extra time to ensure the patient's comfort. Donalee makes a point to spend time with her patients' family, updating them on the patient's current status and actively listening to their questions and concerns. She has a gentle and open demeanor that instantly puts patients and family members at ease.
