Donell took amazing care of a psych patient who removed his own eye with his hands. She treated the injuries with compassion and never sensationalized his injury or psych condition. She provided excellent care and attempted to check on him while he received treatment on our unit. Donell treats our psych population with dignity, kindness, and goes above to provide quality care.
