Donna displayed such great knowledge and genuine bedside manners that made our visit a pleasure despite the worries regarding the birth of our daughter. She provided excellent care each time she was assigned to our daughter while she was in the NICU.

I was truly pleased with her overall patience and kindness throughout our stay. Our daughter adapted well to Donna's presence and felt as comfortable as we did while in her care.

She explained and guided us through every part of the our daughter's care plan thoroughly and patiently each time.
