Donna truly put my daughter and myself at ease during the pre-op. My 17-year-old daughter went in for ACL surgery. When I had to leave the room for the nerve block, she comforted H. She made sure she got to listen to her music, didn’t lose her earbuds, held her hand, and gave her a toy to hold. Throughout the morning, they laughed and talked. She talked her through every procedure. Donna is a truly special nurse, and despite getting a lot of sedation, she has left a lasting imprint on H.
