Donna won this quarter based on the following: "She was so empathetic with the pain my brother was having and really listened to our concerns and called the doctor when no one else would. She asked questions to ge tthe whole picture and we trusted her ability fully. When told she did a great job, she chuckled and said "I don't know about that". Donna was the living example of a true patient advocate and provided our whole family with dignity and support."
