Last year my son had to have a series of tests requiring IVs. Donna was so sweet, he requests her every time. She has started ALL of his IVs. When he had surgery for a bone biopsy he asked for Donna to come and again start the IV. Not only did she come and start it, she spent several minutes with him. Then, she came back upstairs twice to check on him during the surgery. She returned again to tell him "Goodbye". Now, one year later he is again facing some potentially serious issues. When we arrived for his CT scan my "grown-up" 14 year old asked to see his friend Donna. Her love and excellent skills gives him courage and confidence.
